PostgreSQL vs MySQL - 30倍性能差异,不敢信

今天做了一个有趣的测试,着实把自己吓了一大跳,差点一口气没缓过来。

回顾一下上次的测试《MySQL批量插入性能对比》,我们再简要描述下,往表中插入10万数据,批量插入,每批次分别为100、500、1000、3000、5000、10000。

测试结果如下:

MySQL版本:8.1.0

今天下载了一个最新的 PostgreSQL 也用相同的方式测试了一把,相关数据如下:

测试结果

最终只使用 3 秒钟!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

改成100每批也是5秒以内完成插入,至少每秒2万以上的插入性能,相当于clickhouse这种列式数据库的性能级别,比MySQL至少快30倍!!!!?????

思考

感觉有点不可思议,在思考原因,也请 MySQL 和 PostgreSQL 大佬不吝赐教。
