I have (got) to be back by ten.

我必须十点前返回。

I haven’t got to work tomorrow.= I don’t have to work tomorrow.

区别是:

1.当表示经常性动作时,尤其是当句中含有表示经常性的副词,如always, often, ususally,sometimes等时,用have to,而不用have got to。
