昨晚宿舍检查发现同学们排队和家人电话联系，虽说自己平时很忙，但对学生的关怀还真的不够，只有出现了问题才发现自己对学生的了解还是太少。无忧无虑的年纪却要承受各种巨大的压力，不时的交谈也只是关心一下学习情况，对阳光外表下各自不同的小心事所知甚少，关心更不够，有时宽泛式的教育，也很难解决一些特殊个例问题。其实关键在于沟通合作才能取得信任，一味的管、卡、压着实解决不了问题。一早不到六点，Bryant同学就已吃过早餐准备去教室，几乎和高三学生同步。待我在教工食堂喝了一碗粥下来，班级就餐区才几乎坐满。早读先是两本书八篇课文，同学们朗读兴致很高。随后的自由背诵记忆，各自查漏补缺。英语课先是复习材料上的关联词专练和关系词在语境中填写，就存在的疑问给予解答。如下面这句话，所给答案是when，Linda同学发现明显是一个错误，Can you still remember the time _that_ we spent together in our childhood？ 因为判断填关系代词还是关系副词要看定语从句中少不少成分，缺少成分就用关系代词，不缺少就用关系副词。这道题中定语从句是we spent together，少了time 做宾语，所以填关系代词that 或which而不能填when这个关系副词。所以只有动脑去思考才能发现问题真正掌握其用法。而这一句He will never forget the day when (on which) he failed in the exam. Do you still remember the day when (on which) we first met? Do you still remember the day when you joined the league? He is looking forward to the days _when_ he will stay with you. 另外，reason一词后接why毫无疑问，The notice didn’t tell the reason why (for which) the meeting was called off. Can you tell me the reason why you were late this morning? I don’t know the reason why he didn’t turn up at the party.但也有例外。The reason that he explained is that she was ill.关键还是要看定语从句中的成分是否齐全，很明显句子explained缺少宾语。Ella同学还问及很多问题：China, located in East Asia, covers (cover) a land area of about 9.6 million square km and a sea area of over 4.7 million square km. With its 4 municipalities(直辖市), 23 provinces, 5 autonomous regions and 2 special administrative(行政的) regions, China will always remain united (unite). What else can you see in 70 seconds?

See economic (economy) progress. China has grown to become the second largest economy in the world by GDP which / that stood at 90.03 trillion yuan in 2018. The Chinese nation now stands tall and firm in the East.

See poverty alleviation(脱贫攻坚). China has lifted (lift) over 13 million people out of poverty (poor) each year for the past 6 years. China's poverty alleviation has shown the world a unique solution.

See ecological environment. Guided by the theory of “lucid waters(绿水) and lush mountains(青山) are invaluable assets”, China is making great progress (progress) in ecological conservation.

See shared future. China is devoted (devote) to the Belt and Road Initiative and the development of a community of shared future for mankind. China's goal is to create a better (good) world and deliver better lives for all peoples.

“many a＋单数可数名词”形式上为单数，但意义上为复数(意为“许多”)。若用作主语，其谓语通常与形式一致而不与意义一致(即谓语用单数)。

大多数时间，我先是把同学们下发手机时提交给我的总结，全部放在一个文件中，再把同学们获奖证书拍照，看时间有些来不及，就让George同学帮忙将社会活动实践表正反面拍下来，然后我在两图合成意图并以各自姓名来命名。上传ftp班级文件夹，供同学们机房找取选用。下午大课间加上一节课，总算忙完。

第一节晚自习召开了班主任会，先是任涛主任就今天综合实践填报各班存在问题进行了说明，然后毛春铧主任就明天考场布置的任务及要求再次强调要细心做好，不出差错，并对假期做出详细计划和要求。随后，进班提出一些要求，想说的话很多，只是让同学们珍惜大家在一起共度的时光，同时还想表达：真正成功的人生，不在于成就的大小，而在于你是否努力地去实现自我，喊出自己的声音，走出属于自己的道路。世上没有白费的努力，也没有碰巧的成功，一切无心插柳，其实都是水到渠成。人生没有白走的路，也没有白吃的苦，当下跨出去的每一步，都是未来的基石与铺垫。Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It's the courage to continue that counts.成功不是终点，失败也不代表终结。继续向前的勇气才是最重要的。不要生气要争气，不要看破要突破，不要嫉妒要欣赏，不要拖延要积极，不要心动要行动！只要相信，只要坚持，只要你真的是在用生命热爱，那就是一个人还坚持和努力的东西，无论梦想是什么，只要是热爱，就会一直坚持走上属于自己的舞台。世上没有那么多天赋异禀，优秀的人总是努力地翻山越岭，你要知道，最终使你脱颖而出的是持之以恒，是真正坚持做一件事。上天完全是为了坚强你的意志，才在道路上设下重重的障碍。Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.生活就像骑自行车，你必须继续前行，才能保持平衡。人生，就是一场自己与自己的较量：让快乐打败忧郁，让勤奋打败懒惰。告诉自己：努力付出，就会遇见更好的自己！
