二、用法不同

be like

问话时，询问某人的外表、品行或某物的情况，在陈述句中表示说话人的判断。

What is he like?

He is just like everybody else.

look like

问话时，询问答话者认为某人或某物像什么，在陈述句中表示说话人认为他或它像什么。

What does she look like?

She looks like a professor.

三、侧重点不同

be like

使用范围更大，即可询问性格，又可询问外貌，可表示各方面的相似。

My father was one of a kind—I'll never be like him.

look like

look like侧重于询问外貌，外表。
