菲佣家规注意事项
1.何时定家规？
答：管理团队在菲佣请进雇主家门的第一天就应该宣读家规了。登门雇主家第一天，彼此都不熟悉，讲一些制度规矩是最合适的。如果错过了第一天，咋办？那最好有时机是在菲佣姐姐有一个错误发生时或者有一个机缘巧合下，可以因地适宜再立规矩。显然，越早有家规，管理越轻松；家规越全面，乱七八糟的烦恼就越少。
2.家规很多，记不住咋办？
答：菲佣家规属于管理守则，执行手册，能做什么，不能做什么，就像是行为准则，形成意识最重要，意识也就是必须要意识到。印象很深刻，我们家菲佣姐姐在初次来到雇主家里时，等她洗漱安顿下来，我就倒了一杯水给她，让她坐在我身边一条一条念家规，确保清晰知道每一条规矩，如果有不明白，也可以再次确认。用最笨的方法，逐字逐句念，加深印象。如果菲佣姐姐上手不够快或者初期错误百出，宝妈宝爸没有必要生气，让其多念几遍家规，让她自己从认知层面感悟到自己的工作职责即可。当然，规矩是死的，人是活的，朝夕相处久了，都能按照规矩做事情了，这份家规的意义才能彰显出来。因为深刻解决了雇主痛点，雇主用户体验很好。
3.菲佣守则/家规是否需要签字呢？
答：在一条条确认完家规后，当然需要雇主和菲佣姐姐双方一起签字。一个小小的签字仪式，让其感受到充分的仪式感和威严感。
4.如果菲佣姐姐不喜欢家规或者对家规不满意怎么办？
答：这种情况如果在菲佣姐姐入职的第一天，几乎不会发生。毕竟入职第一天，总有种“丑媳妇怕见公婆”的感觉。同时，我们也需要向菲佣姐姐解释在遵守菲佣守则/家规的前提下，管理团队是会给评估和奖励的。让她能够感受规矩并不是约束她，而是要给其一个施展才能的舞台。
5.菲佣家规应该有啥子内容？
答：家规也是守则，是国际标准的经验总结，其内容应该细致全面，具体且详细。其实家规手册是对对雇主的排雷。内容可以包括：家务整理，厨房烹饪，带宝宝，休假，生病看病，个人品德，个人卫生习性，个人财务等方面。当然，菲佣守则是将国际标准引进到大陆雇主家庭的一种规范。
6.除了家规守则，还有什么可以指引菲佣姐姐工作吖？
答：家规守则和时间表，形象具体。家规守则在宏观上给予了菲佣姐姐工作方向，工作时间表能够从微观让菲佣姐姐量化自己的行为。两者结合，对于新入职的菲佣姐姐来说是很有效的工作明细指南针。但是，如果运气很好请到积极主动型的菲佣姐姐，那会发现根本不需要啥子工作时间表，但家规守则还是要有的。

Family Rules 家庭规则
Important: Please follow all the Family rules below. Otherwise you will be warned or dismissed immediately.
重要事项：请遵守以下所有家庭规则。要不会被警告或立即解雇。
1，GENERAL RULES 基本守则
Our relationship is based on trust. Please be honest, hard-working, clean and tidy. And we will treat you well like a part of our family. 我们的关系是建立在信任的基础上。请诚实，努力工作，干净整洁。我们会像对待家人一样对待你。
①HONESTY AND INTEGRITY
诚实正直
1.NEVER take anything from the house, including money, jewelries, clothes, groceries and/or anything of value, no matter new or used, even just borrow for a few hours or days without / Madam’s permission. Otherwise this will be treated as stealing and is illegal in Hong Kong.
不可以拿走任何东西，包括金钱，珠宝，衣服，杂货和/或任何有价值的东西，无论是新的还是使用过的，没有经过我们的允许，即使只借几个小时或几天，这都将被视为偷窃，在香港是非法的。
2.No smoking or alcohol are allowed in the house.
室内禁止吸烟和饮酒。
3.NEVER work as a part-timer outside of the house. This is against the law and you will be deported.

4.ALWAYS register family expenses and your daily activities on the . Keep all receipts whenever you go shopping for the family.

5. Don’t read our letters, files, books, photos albums or any documents for personal privacy. This is illegal in Hong Kong.

6.If you have done something wrong, you should report to Sir and Madam immediately and apologize. This is much better than keeping silent but being found out afterwards.

7.If you have any dishonest and misconduct behaviors being found, we can send you to the Police. ALWAYS be honest to Sir and Madam.

②HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS
卫生和清洁
8.MUST be aware of personal hygiene and wash hands frequently. Please do not use strong perfume.
注意个人卫生并常洗手。请不要使用浓重的香水。
9.ALWAYS wash hands with liquid soap before washing food/vegetables, cooking, holding baby, preparing milk/baby food, cleaning baby’s face/body.
常洗手，请使用洗手液或肥皂洗手，尤其在碰触食物或者抱孩子前。
10.ALWAYS wash hands with liquid soap after using toilet, cleaning the toilet bowl, washing, changing of diapers with baby.
上完厕所，清洗了马桶或者给孩子换尿布后都要洗手。
11.ALWAYS wash hand with liquid soap and change to home-wear clothes once you return home from outside, no matter on working days or holidays. Must wear uniform if you are required to do so.
无论您在工作日或节假日从外面回到家，麻烦用洗手液洗手，然后换上家居服。
12.ALWAYS take off your shoes before entering the house.
进入房间前，请脱鞋。
13.NEVER eat with fingers and hands when at table. MUST use chopsticks, or spoon, or fork.
切勿在餐桌旁用手指和手进食。必须使用筷子，汤匙或叉子。
14.All drinking water must be boiled to boiling point before serving.
烧水时，要把水烧开。
15.ALWAYS tie your hair up and keep short nails. DO NOT use any nail polish on finger and toes while on duty.

16.DO NOT put on make-up while on duty, even when you are going out to do family shopping.
日常工作时，不可化妆。
17.DO NOT wear tight jeans, pants, low-cut or tight T-shirt while you are working.
工作时，请勿穿紧身牛仔裤，裤子，低胸或紧身T恤。
18.Always use tissues (but not to waste) to clean yourself after use of toilet.
厕所后，一定要做好清洁，厕纸不可浪费。
19.MUST take bath daily and wash hands after dumping the garbage. When bathing, only use the bathing gel and shampoo. You are not allowed to use other family members’ face cleanser or lotion, etc.
必须每天洗澡，倒垃圾后要洗手。沐浴时，请使用沐浴露和洗发水。不使用家庭成员的洗面奶或乳液等。
20.ALWAYS hand wash your own under-wares DAILY after shower.
每天洗完澡后，及时清洗自己的衣物。
21.ALWAYS wash our clothes/beddings separately from yours, no matter if its machine wash or hand wash.
无论是机洗还是手洗，都麻烦分开洗涤我们的衣服/床上用品。
22.Keep the toilet floor DRY. ALWAYS cloth-dry the floor after shower or washing in the wash basin. Pick up hair daily after shower so as not to block the drainage system.
请保持卫生间地板干燥。淋浴或在洗手盆中洗涤后，始终用布擦干地板。淋浴后每天拾起头发，以免阻塞排水系统。
23.MUST keep the toilet and rest room clean. Please keep the toilet cover down AT ALL TIME. NO sanitary napkins can be disposed in the toilet.
保持马桶和厕所清洁，马桶盖需要放下。厕所内不能放置卫生巾。
24.ALWAYS keep your room clean and tidy (including your cabinet) and wash your bedding regularly.
保持房间整洁（包括橱柜）并定期清洗床上用品。
25.NEVER put any of your personal stuff outside of your room and please be clean and tidy. No food storage or eating is allowed in your/baby’s room, as this will attract insects and for hygiene purpose.
切勿将任何私人物品放在房间外，请保持整洁。您或婴儿的房间内不能存放食物或进食。
26.No shopping bags, handbags are allowed on table and sofa.
不可以在桌子和沙发上放购物袋，手提袋。
27.Laundries should be placed OUTSIDE on the balcony, must be taken in-door if it rains. In case they are washed by rain, they must be re-washed again.
清洗的衣物应放在阳台外面，如下雨，须放入室内。万一淋湿，麻烦再次清洗。
28.ALWAYS keep the kitchen area (bench, floor, walls, basin, water tab, and other devices) clean, bright and free of grease. Place only dry clean dish-wares/ cook-ware in the cabinet. NO insects/ cockroach should be spot in the house.
始终保持厨房区域（工作台，地板，墙壁，台盆，水龙头和其他设备）清洁，明亮且无油脂。只能将干净的餐具/ 炊具放在橱柜中。如果厨房有昆虫/蟑螂，及时清除。
29.NEVER mouth wash or spit in the kitchen sink. This is for food only and not for personal cleaning or washing clothes. You should do it only in the bathroom sink.
切勿在厨房的水槽中漱口或吐痰。这仅用于食物，不适用于个人清洁或洗衣服。只应在浴室的水槽中这样做。
30.ALWAYS store food in a container or sealed bag to avoid insects. Put them in the fridge if necessary.
把食物存放在容器或密闭袋中，以防止昆虫进入。如有必要，将它们放入冰箱。
31.Use different cloth for different purposes, e.g. sweeping floor, cleaning furniture, cleaning dining table, washing dishes, washing toilet, baby stuff etc. Never mix to use different cloth for your convenience, especially for baby stuff. Rinse cloth (except for those used in the kitchen) at the bathtub of guest bathroom. Ask Madam to buy more if running out of particular kind of cloth.
使用不同的抹布做不同的家务，例如扫地，清洁家具，清洁餐桌，洗碗，洗手间，婴儿用品等。切勿为了方便起见而混合使用不同的抹布，尤其是婴儿用品。如果抹布不够用，可以尽管提出。
32.All electrical appliances and rice cookers cannot be dipped into water for washing. Clean with a piece of slightly wet cloth.
不能将电器和电饭锅浸泡在水中洗涤。用一块略湿的布清洁擦拭即可。
33.Place any decorations, electronic devices, electric wires etc at their original place after cleaning.
清洁后，任何装饰品，电子设备，电线等需要放回原处。
34.Clean shoes daily at night using a wet cloth and place them neatly at the shoe rack area. Some non-leather shoes need to be washed in running water upon request.
每天晚上使用湿布清洁鞋子，并将其整齐放在鞋架区域，某些非皮革鞋需要用自来水清洗。
35.Clean suitcases (including wheels + handle) from outside using a wet cloth. Place them at storage place when they are fully dry.

36.DO NOT use other family members’ belongings and articles.
请勿使用其他家庭成员的物品。
③HOME SAFETY AND SECURITY ISSUES

37.You are not allowed to bring any friends/relatives and any other people into the house.

38.Never leave the house on your own or with baby without Sir / Madam’s permission, except for disastrous situation such as fire outbreaks.
除非发生火灾等灾难性事件，否则未经允许，请勿独自带孩子离开。
39.ALWAYS take good possession of your key and access card. Never share them with anyone.
始终妥善保管您的钥匙和门卡。切勿给其他人。
40.MUST lock the doors, gates and windows whenever you leave the house. MUST lock the doors and gates as soon as you return home.
每当您离开家时，必须锁好门和窗户。
41.Always put the door key at the right place (next to the door) and only take it when going out.
始终将门钥匙放在正确的位置（门旁边），只有在外出时才拿走。
42.NEVER open the door and allow anyone to enter into the house no matter whom they claim they are (e.g. policemen, government officers, employees from gas/water/electricity companies/security guard etc) when we are not home unless with our prior permission.
除非我们事先通知，否则切勿打开门让其他人进入家里，无论他们声称自己是谁（例如警察，政府官员，煤气/水/电力公司/保安人员等）。
43.NEVER disclose anything about our home including telephone number, address and personal details of our family (members) to the neighbor, security guards, your friends and anyone. Please respect our personal privacy and we will respect yours as well.
切勿向邻居，您的朋友和任何人透露有关我们家庭的任何信息，包括电话号码，家庭成员的地址和个人详细信息。请尊重我们的个人隐私，我们也会尊重您的隐私。
44.NEVER use our address to subscribe any service.
切勿使用我们的地址订阅任何服务。
45.Never enter into Sir / Madam’s bedroom except for cleaning purpose.
除清洁外，请勿随意进入主卧。
46.MUST keep children away from dangerous areas, e.g. kitchen, stoves, windows, balcony etc.
必须让儿童远离危险区域，例如厨房，火炉，窗户，阳台等。
47.MUST keep all kinds of medicine, detergent and cutting tools/knives in a safe place, out of reach of the children.
各种药品，清洁剂和切割工具/刀具得放在儿童无法触及的安全地方。
48.ALWAYS be careful of children’s safety and inform Sir / Madam immediately if there’s something wrong with the baby, OR if he has any accident (e.g. crash the head, even no bleeding) no matter how mild the problem is. In the event of emergency, call 999 for police or ambulance immediately before calling Sir / Madam!
请始终注意儿童安全。如果孩子有任何意外（例如头部撞伤，甚至没有出血），请立即通知。万一发生紧急情况，请立即致电999报警或叫救护车。
49.MUST NOT leave the flame and electrical appliance (including lights, fans, all air-conditioners etc.) on whenever not in use or before leaving the house (even with Sir / Madam).
及时关电器，如点灯，电风扇，空调等。
50.If you smell any gas, open all the windows and switch off the main gas switch. DO NOT touch any electrical appliance nor use the telephone. Any electrical spark may cause explosion. Bring the children to the security counter at the lobby immediately and use the phone there to call Sir / Madam.
如果闻到天然气味道，请打开所有窗户并关闭天然气开关。请勿触摸任何电器或使用电话，任何电火花都可能引起爆炸。立即将孩子带到大厅的安全区域，并尽快告知我们。
51.Dial 999 when there is fire or serious accident. Call Sir / Madam immediately, too.
发生火灾或严重事故时，请拨999报警，也请立即通知我们。
52.NEVER touch the power plug with wet hands or cloth to avoid electric shocks.
请勿用湿手或湿布触摸电源插头，以免触电。
53.Be cautions when using knives, gas stoves etc. NEVER leave the gas stoves on unattended.
使用刀具，煤气灶等时要小心。
54.NEVER leave the iron on unattended. Switch it off immediately after use.
请勿将熨斗放在无人看管的地方。使用后请立即关闭。
55.ALWAYS turn power off before you clean electric devices, for example, air-conditioner, air-purifier.
及时关闭电器电源，例如空调，空气净化器等。
56.Take extra caution and watch your step when climbing on the ladders and/or wiping windows.
在爬梯子/或擦拭窗户时，请格外小心，并注意自己的脚步。
57.Pay special attention to road safety. Use proper facilities such as zebra crossing, subway or passenger bridge to cross the road.

58.Inform Madam IMMEDIATELY if you get hurt, injured or feeling sick. Don’t take drug or wait. You may spread to baby.

59.Always call Sir / Madam immediately for any unexpected situations. In case you can’t find us and have serious/urgent problems, call 999 for the police or ambulance.

④MONEY MATTERS

60.NEVER borrow money from anyone NOR any finance company, no matter how many benefits they said they could offer. Those are all lies and you will end up in trouble and never be able to repay their money. Many of them are loan sharks and run by triads.
不要向任何人或任何金融公司借钱，无人别人对你美言什么。这些都是谎言，会让人陷入困境，无法偿还他们的钱。他们有可能是高利贷者。
61.Never lend any money to anyone NOR being a guarantor to anyone.
从不向任何人借钱，也不能作为任何人的担保人。
62.Never owe any telephone/IDD charges.
不向他人借用电话，不欠电话费。
63.We are only responsible to provide three main meals on your duty day. Buy your own food/snacks using your own money. if you want to eat family’s snack foods (e.g. candy, nuts, fruits, cakes, soft-drink, etc.) besides those main meals, please ask for Sir / Madam’s prior permission.
我们仅负责在您的工作日提供三餐。用自己的钱购买自己的食物/小吃。除了主要餐点以外，如果您还想吃其他的零食（例如糖果，坚果，水果，蛋糕，软饮料等），请事先征得许可。
⑤GENERAL MANNER WHILE ON DUTY
工作态度
64.ALWAYS be polite, pleasant and respectful to all family members, relatives and home visitors, especially old people. Don’t forget to say THANK YOU at appropriate times.
始终礼貌，愉快和尊重所有家庭成员，尊重亲戚和来访者，尤其是老人。在适当的时候说谢谢。
65.Must be Obedient and Respectful to Sir / Madam. Always follow Sir / Madam’s Instructions. If you do not understand any instruction given to you, ask to repeat by saying “PARDON ME MADAM/SIR” or call Madam immediately. It is better to make sure than just to do something wrong.
听从指令且尊重他人。如果您不明白指示，可以尽管问。问清楚比瞎做事更明智。
66.Be Initiative and Efficient in executing your duties without our prompting.
工作要主动，高效。
67.MUST follow the instruction and working schedule closely. However, always put baby at your first priority.
必须严格按照工作时间表进行工作。当然，始终将婴儿放在第一位。
68.Must record on the log bookafter finishing housework. Madam will check your work and you need to do again if not satisfied by madam/sir.
完成家务后必须记录在笔记本中。我们将检查工作，如果不满意，您需要再次做。
69. Don’t spend so much time when using toilet or take shower. unless feeling sick and please tell Sir / Mum immediately.

70.ALWAYS handle with care and be gentle to all furniture, floor, wall and all household belongings, including glass-wares, porcelain (China), photo frames, electrical devices etc. Must report any damage to Sir and Madam immediately. We reserve the right to deduct money from your salary by installment (maximum HKD300 per month per HK Labor Law) should you be responsible for damaging any of the above.
对所有家具，地板，墙壁和所有家用物品（包括玻璃器皿，瓷器，相框，电气设备等），得轻拿轻放。如损坏，必须立马告知，不可隐瞒。如果有损坏，我们保留扣罚款的权利（根据《香港劳动法》，每月最高为300港元）。
71.No personal calls are allowed during your working hours to avoid negligence of your duty and taking care of children.
在工作时间内，不允许使用私人电话，以免疏忽职照顾孩子。
72.No international IDD and local calls are allowed on both family mobile and our home telephone set. If you use either without permission, charges will be born to you and deducted from your salary in the same month.
不能随便用家里电话打国际长途。如果擅自使用，费用将由您承担，并从当月的工资中扣除。
73.NEVER gather with your Filipino friends and chat/laugh for a long time while on duty, even when bringing the kids down downstairs nearby or going to the market.
切勿在上班时间与菲律宾朋友聚会或聊天大笑，即使是将孩子带到附近的楼下或去市场的时候。
74.Always serve the home visitors with drink such as tea, juice or soft drink and never hide away after the visitors entering the house.
家里来客人时，需要端茶，果汁或软饮料等，并且随叫随到。
75.Always knock the door before entering Sir / Madam’s bedroom or rooms for other family members.
进入他人房间前，请敲门。
⑥MARKETING
街市买菜
76.Do marketing on request by Sir / Madam ONLY and never take too long time, normally around 60 mins. as maximum.
如果去街市买菜，不应该花费太长时间，通常一个小时以内得回家。
77.Never bring baby out for marketing.
不要把婴儿带去菜市场买菜。
78.ALWAYS ask for receipts and double check the correct change at the shop. Do NOT accept any broken notes or unclear coins. If shops have given change less than they should, Sir / Madam will not be responsible for this.
买菜得拿收据，并在商店仔细核对零钱。不要接受任何破损的纸币或不清楚的硬币。如果商店提供的零用钱少于应有的价格，我们不负责。
79.No cheating! ALWAYS register the exact amount of family expenses on the <LOG BOOK> with receipts, except fresh markets which don’t have such.

⑦USE OF UTILITIES & EQUIPMENT
设备的使用
80.NEVER waste water, gas, electricity, food, all cleaning product. Must follow the instruction by Madam! (e.g. no running water while washing, recycle water).
不可以浪费水，气，电，食物和所有清洁产品。
81.Don’t use air-conditioner unnecessarily, especially when we are not around, unless allowed in advance.
不要不必要地使用空调，尤其是当我们不在时, 除非事先告知。
82.Always turn off the light, electrical appliance, gas stove (in Kitchen and/or Bathroom) after use, after taking shower or using hot water.
淋浴或使用热水后，请关闭电灯，电器，燃气灶（在厨房和/或浴室中）。
83.Don’t turn on the TV unless BB is watching VCD when he grows up.
除非宝宝需要看电视，否则请不要打开电视。
84.Play Baby music when BB at home. Change songs regularly.

85.Never turn the sound volume too loud while speaking OR playing CD for baby.

⑧HOLIDAYS AND REST HOLIDAYS

87.You are entitled to all statutory holidays without pay for your first 3 months. From the 4th month up to the expiration of your contract, you are entitled to all statutory holidays with pay.
根据香港的法律，前三个月是没有年假的。从第4个月到合同到期，您都有权享受所有带薪的法定假日。
88.The official weekly day off is every Sunday. However, depending on the requirement, the schedule may be changed and will be made known in advance, subject to mutual agreement.

89.You are not allowed to go to church during your working days except on your rest days.

90.Please return home by 8:30PM on your holidays. MUST call Madam in advance if you need to return a bit later.

100.NEVER stay outside overnight.

101.Please be aware of personal hygiene even when you are on holidays. Avoid staying close to sewage, rubbish (bins). Take extra caution when using public toilets.

⑨SICKNESS
患病
91.If feeling sick, please INFORM Sir / Madam immediately!
如果觉得不舒服，请立即通知我们。
92.NEVER take drugs by yourself or to wait as we will be responsible for all medical expenses.
不可以擅自服药或者讳疾忌医，医疗费用我们将会承担。

1. Take good care of children even when they are playing and sleeping.

4. Train children to be discipline, but NO beating is allowed.

5. Clean the toys daily.

1.NEVER leave children alone at home. Dump the garbage every night when Sir / Madam is at home.
不可以让孩子独自在家。每晚都要倒垃圾。
2.NEVER leave children unattended at any time or any place, especially on the sofa or beside the window. Always pay attention to them even when doing household work.
绝对不要在任何时间，任何地方让孩子无人看管，尤其是在沙发上或窗户旁边。即使做家务，也要留意孩子。
3.NEVER leave children alone in the bathtub when bathing. Don’t be disturbed by other things like phone calls.
给孩子洗澡时，不能把孩子独自留在浴缸中。不要被电话等其他事干扰。
4.Never do dangerous housework e.g. cleaning window and ironing when you are with baby alone. Or you may hurt him.
绝对不要带小孩独自做危险的家务，例如清洁窗户和熨烫，这样对孩子来说有受伤的风险。
5.Taking take care of baby whenever he cries is your FIRST PRIORITY.

6.Don’t shake children hard.

12.Always change appropriate clothes (to add or take off) for baby depending on the weather. It could be a big difference in the morning and evening at the same day.

13.MUST LOG ON the baby record book EVERYDAY whenever feeding milk/food or changing of diapers.

15.Pay special attention to road safety when taking children out. Use proper facilities such as zebra crossing, subway or passenger bridge to cross the road

16.Hitting/hurting baby is strictly prohibited even when he gets wrong. Report to Madam for handling. Otherwise you’ll be reported to police and terminated immediately, without one-month salary in lieu of notice. 如果孩子犯了错也不可以打孩子，麻烦告诉我们，让我们来处理。否则，可以向警方报案并立即终止合约，不会给代通知金。
17.Talk to baby in English only. Never speak your mother tongue to children, no matter we at home or not.

18.All baby clothes and beddings need to be hand washed separately from ours and yours.

19.Report to Sir / Madam immediately if there is any unusual behavior or sickness symptom of the children, no matter how mild the problem is. In case of emergency, call 999 for police or ambulance directly.

Take care of Children is on Top Priority amongst all duties. Any harm done on her will lead to termination of contract.
The above all rules and regulations may be amended or altered subject to the change of working environment and/or our needs. Sir / Madam shall notify you with any alternation of such rules verbally or in writing if necessary.
