2.3.1 供应商协同的含义

作者首先给出供应商协同的定义,供应商协同是以供应链管理及协同理论为基础,由企业与供应商建立的一种伙伴式合作关系,双方基于共同的目标和有效协同机制联合行动并对市场需求做出快速反应,提高整体效益和改善客户满意度的协作形式及活动。
