In the fifth chapter, a PHMPR group decision-making method based on expected consistency is proposed for the PHMPR problem of incomplete information. Firstly, for the PHMPR matrix of incomplete information, a PHMPR probability calculation method based on expected consistency is proposed. This method can not only find the unknown probability, but also get the ranking of schemes. However, the PHMPR matrix with complete information may be inconsistent, so the expected consistency index ECI is defined to evaluate the expected consistency of the PHMPR matrix, and an iterative optimization algorithm is given when the PHMPR matrix is inconsistent to improve the expected consistency level and the ranking of each scheme. Finally, taking the nursing home selection problem as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified.

随着社会的飞速发展,信息膨胀,由于决策者掌握信息有限等原因,对复杂事物的认识出现了不完全的特征,对事物的某方面无法给出准确地判断信息,导致决策信息的残缺。而且由于判断工作量过大、决策者利益冲突等实际情况,决策者对某些方面的判断信息会放弃,导致残缺判断。

一般分为两类:单一填补方法和多重填补法。单一填补法是指对每个缺失值只进行一次填补进而得到其替代值的方法,主要包括均值填补、回归填补、就近填补、众数填补等。这类填补方法操作简单,节省时间,但填补误差较大。多重填补法,顾名思义,是指先对残缺值进行多次填补,进而得到补足值的方法,其中包括随机回归填补法、趋势得分法、期望最大化法等。这类方法能够较好地保持变量之间的关系,填补结果也更精确,但填补过程较复杂,收敛时间较长。
