一、标签使用 Label use

在物流仿真案例中,我们可能会遇到多个临时实体,同时每个临时实体可能还有不同的规格,需要将不同规格的临时实体搬运到不同的暂存区,这里我们会需要使用标签来进行区分。

In the logistics simulation case, we may encounter multiple temporary entities, and each temporary entity may have different specifications, and we need to move temporary entities of different specifications to different temporary storage areas, here we will need to use labels to distinguish.

以下图案例为例,小编将带领大家去设置标签和调用标签。

As an example of the following figure, Xiaobian will lead you to set labels and call labels.

首先在本案例里需要在发生器里对产生的临时实体进行设置标签,如下图2所示,将临时实体标签设置为“guige”,然后在两个传送带里分别对临时实体1和2设置标签“biaoqian”,如下图3所示。

First of all, in this case, labels need to be set in the generator for the generated temporary entity, as shown in Figure 2 below. The label of the temporary entity is set as "guige", and the label "biaoqian" is set in the two conveyor belts respectively for the temporary entity 1 and 2, as shown in Figure 3 below.

如果需要调用标签,例如本案例需要可视化工具显示临时实体的不同规格值,就需要在可视化工具中进行调用标签的设置,选择调用的标签,如下图4所示:

二、手动控制端口 Manual control port

在仿真案例中,我们常常需要设置发生器的到达方式比如采用到达序列,以及加工时间和加工之后的延迟时间,这些设置其实都是要对端口的一个控制。接下来小编将以下图5案例为例介绍如何手动控制端口。

In simulation cases, we often need to set the arrival mode of the generator, such as the arrival sequence, as well as the processing time and the delay time after processing, which are actually a control of the port. Next, Xiaobian will use the following Figure 5 example to show how to manually control the port.

首先我们要在发生器中设置使用到达序列,然后设置产生多少实体,如下图6所示;其次就是在处理器中设置加工时间,如下图7所示;最后延迟时间需要在触发器选项卡进行设置,如下图8、图9 所示:

First, we need to set the arrival sequence in the generator, and then set the number of entities generated, as shown in Figure 6 below; The second is to set the processing time in the processor, as shown in Figure 7 below; Finally, the delay time needs to be set in the trigger TAB, as shown in Figures 8 and 9 below:

三、使用网络节点 Use network node

在仿真设计中,我们常常会使用到网络节点来控制任务执行类实体的行走路线,今天小编将以下图10中的简单案例为例介绍如何使用网络节点。

In simulation design, we often use network nodes to control the walking route of task execution entities. Today, Xiaobian will introduce how to use network nodes in the following simple case in Figure 10.

本案例首先在发生器中设置临时实体的到达时间如下图11所示:

In this case, first set the arrival time of the temporary entity in the generator, as shown in Figure 11 below:

然后就可以添加网络节点设置操作员的运行路线了。我们直接点击左侧工具库里的网络节点在指定位置添加节点,如下图12所示。

Then you can add network nodes to set up operator routes. We directly click the network node in the left tool library to add the node at the specified position, as shown in Figure 12 below.

然后将节点1、2和3、4之间使用A连接,节点和暂存区、传送带都使用A连接,节点和操作员也是使用A连接,同时在节点1、4和2、3之间使用D连接。最后我们设置操作员的行走方向,将节点2和节点4中的to nn1和to nn3设置为无连接,如下图13所示。这一步其实是对操作员行走方向的控制,我们可以看到设置之后从节点2到节点1方向和从节点4到节点3方向的绿色的箭头变为了红色,也就是禁止通行的意思,从而实现了操作员沿着网络节点1和2,将临时实体搬运到传送带上,而后沿着网络节点3和4返回暂存区,继续搬运临时实体。

Nodes 1, 2 and 3, 4 are then connected using A, nodes and staging areas, conveyor belts are connected using A, nodes and operators are also connected using A, while nodes 1, 4 and 2, 3 are connected using D. Finally, we set the operator's walking direction and set to nn1 and to nn3 in nodes 2 and 4 as connectionless, as shown in Figure 13 below. This step is actually to control the operator's walking direction. We can see that after setting, the green arrows from node 2 to node 1 and from node 4 to node 3 are changed to red, which means that the traffic is prohibited. Thus, the operator moves the temporary entity onto the conveyor belt along network nodes 1 and 2, and then returns to the temporary storage area along network nodes 3 and 4. Continue moving temporary entities.
